The SiVIEW tablet can connect to the box in two modes: direct mode, by connecting to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the SiVIEW box, and remote mode, via the Internet for remote access.

Direct connection is recommended because the box broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network, allowing the tablet to connect locally. This connection mode provides faster and more stable communication. It ensures greater reliability for configuration, operation, and maintenance.

• Then click on « Wi-Fi ».

• Ensure that the tablet is connected to the SiVIEW-XXXX network (XXXX being the box number).

=> You can easily find the reference for your SiVIEW BOX on the label attached to its side.

• If this is not the case, select the appropriate network from the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Do not connect to any other network.

• Go back to the SiVIEW home page and launch the SiVIEW Exam application.

• Enter your username and password

• Then click on « Preferences »

Next, select « SiVIEW Box Settings » by tapping several times on the store name at the top of the page

• Make sure you can see the devices in your refraction room under the SiVIEW Box.
• Then click on « Connect to my SiVIEW-BOX (v2) »

• Make sure your Box v2 is properly connected (green check mark + green dot = Direct).
• Note: If the check mark symbol does not appear, you must click on the box number to select it.
