  • When you’re in the app, you can click the technical support button at any time, whether during or outside of an exam (this action will not stop the exam running).

  • You will then have access to our phone number and contact form.

2.From your client portal

  • Log in to your client portal and click on the “Help Desk” button https://my2.siviewtech.com/login.
  • Select the image corresponding to your SiVIEW Box.
  • Then click on the “Contact Us” button. You will have access to our contact form and phone number.

3. From the SiVIEW website

  • Visit the SiVIEW website https://siview.ai/ and select “Assistance”.
  • Select the image corresponding to your SiVIEW Box.
  • Then click on the “Contact Us” button. You will have access to our contact form and phone number.
