How do I access my personnal account and view my data on the SiVIEW server ?

What is the purpose of accessing the server ?

Accessing the server allows you to directly view all your data (consultation, reports, measurements, etc) from a personal account, available online at any time.

1. Where can I log in ?

You can access your personal account by going on the following link :

On the homepage, click the “My SiVIEW” button located at the top right of the screen.

 

2. What are my login details ?

  • Username : your email address used during registration (shown on the cover page of the startup guide)
  • Password : the one you set during your fist login (or received in the startup guide

On the login page, enter your credentials in the appropriate fields.

After loggin in, you will be automatically redirected to your dashboard.

 

3. Once logged in, where can I find my data ?

After logging in :

1. Click on “Patients” in the menu on the left side of the screen

 

 

2. Use the search bar to quickly find your data. You can search using several criterial :

  • ID (Patient/Exam ID)

  • Examination Mode Used (Quick/Deep)

  • Consultation Date

  • Patient Information

  • Name of the Practitioner Who Performed the Exam

 

3. Reports are available for download in PDF for

To access a report :

  • First, select a patient from the list
  • Once the file is open, click the “Reports” button located at the right of the screen.

You will then have the option to export different types of reports :

  • Complete report
  • Primo prescription
  • Simplified report

 

4. I'm having trouble loggin in. What should I do ?

First, check :

  • That the URL is correct
  • That your login credentials are up to date
  • That your internet connection is working properly
