On the SiVIEW box:

• Turn on your SiVIEW box minimum 2 min before starting the following steps

On the tablet:

• To access the Wi-Fi menu, tap on the gear icon located in the top right corner of your tablet’s screen.

• In the setting menu select ‘Settings’ then Wi-Fi

• How to Check Your Tablet’s Connection to the SiVIEW Network ?

  ✅ Step 1 : Verify the Wi-Fi Connection

  Make sure your tablet is connected to the SiVIEW-XXXX network (XXXX corresponds to your box number).

  🔍 Where to Find Your SiVIEW BOX Number?

  You can find this reference :

  • On the label located on the side of the SiVIEW BOX.
  • On the “CERTIFICATE OF RELEASE – SIVIEW BOX V2” document included in the packaging.

  📡 Step 2 : Connect to the Correct Network

  If your tablet is not connected to the correct network, go to the Wi-Fi settings and select SiVIEW-XXXX from the list of available networks.

• Verify that the network is configured for auto reconnect by clicking on the gear icon.

• Go back to the SiVIEW homepage and launch the SiVIEW Exam application.

• Enter your username and password

• On the first page of the application: Go to the top left “burger” menu

• At the top of the screen, tap your shop name several times quickly.

• Then select “SiVIEW box settings”

• Press the green button “Connect to my SiVIEW box(v2)”.

Click on the SiVIEW box number and check that your v2 box is properly connected (green checkmark + green dot = Direct)

Notice: If the “checked” symbol does not appear, it is imperative to click again on the box number to select the box.

Return to the application’s home page, click on “New Patient,” and perform a test examination.

Verify the operation of:

• Phoropter changing lenses
• Screen/projector chart
• Autorefractor/lensmeter values transfer (if applicable).
