What to do if the controller stops responding

1- Make sure the SiVIEW app is fully closed

  • Open the tablet and ensure that no exam is currently running.

  • If a test is in progress, end it properly via the interface before proceeding.

2- Restart the devices

  • Turn off and then turn back on your refraction unit.

  • Upon powering up, you should hear a startup sound.

  • If not, move on to the next step.

3- Check the cabling

  • Follow all cables from the controller and connected devices to their endpoints.

  • Make sure that no connections are unplugeed or loose.

4- Contact technical support

  • If the issue persists, contact our team. We will help determine wheter the controller is faulty or not.
