When the store encounters connection problems with a box, examinations remain stored locally on the tablet without being transmitted to the server. When changing tablets, synchronizing data from the old tablet preserves patient files and ensures continuity of medical information.

3. If a patient does not have an ID number in front of his information, but instead displays two green arrows, this means that
examination has not yet been synchronized with the server.
4. To synchronize these exams manually :
Drag down with your finger on the screen to restart synchronization.
5. Make sure all your eye exams are synchronized:
Go to the SiVIEW server and compare the eye exams with those on the tablet.
Take the last examination performed on the tablet and check that it appears on the server.
